Occupied rehabilitation of a 300-unit, 17-story multifamily high rise for the Seattle Housing Authority.  Major infrastructure upgrades included building-wide replacement of domestic water, waste and vent, and hydronic piping systems, along with the addition of central energy recovery ventilation serving corridors and residential units.  the project included new mechanical systems for a lobby addition, new management offices, a renovated community room, as well as a new central laundry facility.
