CHRIST OUR HOPE PARISH

Renovation of a 100+ year old portion of the Josephinum building. The scope comprised renovating the main kitchen, upgrading the entire first floor mechanical and electrical systems, and create/build a church in a very old ballroom which used to be the Washington Hotel years ago. With 221 affordable units, the building houses approximately 250 individuals.
