The scope included lobby restoration and new management offices, laundry renovations, kitchen and bath upgrades, new domestic and waste plumbing, steam to hot water conversion, fire protection system upgrade, heat recovery ventilation, and electrical upgrades. Conversion of 8 units to meet type A accessibility with 157 unit total.
