Founded in 1963, The Evergreen School had outgrown its existing space. Utilizing sustainable features and architectural details from the existing buildings, 8,583 sf was added to the middle school and 19,023 sf added to the primary school including a new administration suite and multipurpose room. 27,606 sf new space and 15,100 sf renovated space.
